Aggravated stalking: intentionally stalks and (1) such conduct violates court order, or (2) previous conviction of stalking or aggravated stalking, or (3) convicted of offense an element of which involves an act of violence against same person, or (4) victim under 16
Stalking: imprisoned no more than 2 years and/or maximum fine $5,000. Aggravated stalking punishable by maximum prison term of 5 years and/or maximum fine of $25,000
